費利佩·弗朗西斯科·加西亞·奧利瓦,是墨西哥國立自治大學(xué)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)與可持續(xù)性研究所教授,2005年11月至2008年擔(dān)任墨西哥碳計劃(MCP)科學(xué)指導(dǎo)小組主席,2008至2010年任墨西哥碳計劃(PMC)總協(xié)調(diào)員,作為氣候變化與土地問題主要作者參與政府間氣候變化專門委員會(IPCC)關(guān)于氣候變化、荒漠化、土地退化、可持續(xù)土地管理、糧食安全及陸地生態(tài)系統(tǒng)溫室氣體通量等特別報告,致力于土壤生物地球化學(xué)、陸地生態(tài)系統(tǒng)碳動態(tài)及土壤細菌生物多樣性與土壤養(yǎng)分動態(tài)關(guān)系研究,已發(fā)表文章逾百篇。
Felipe Francisco García Oliva is a professor at the Institute of Ecosystems and Sustainability Research at the National Autonomous University of Mexico. He served as the Chair of the Scientific Steering Group of the Mexican Carbon Program (MCP) from November 2005 to 2008 and as the General Coordinator of the Mexican Carbon Program (PMC) from 2008 to 2010. As a lead author on climate change and land issues, he participated in the Special Reports of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) on climate change, desertification, land degradation, sustainable land management, food security, and greenhouse gas fluxes of terrestrial ecosystems. Professor Felipe Francisco García Oliva dedicates his research to soil biogeochemistry, carbon dynamics in terrestrial ecosystems, and the relationship between soil bacterial biodiversity and soil nutrient dynamics, having published over 100 articles.
