格倫·戴格爾，美國國家工程院院士，前國際水協(xié)會主席，美國水環(huán)境聯(lián)合會研究員，現(xiàn)任美國密歇根大學(xué)土木與環(huán)境工程系教授，水解決方案有限公司創(chuàng)始人兼總裁，專注于水資源工程和創(chuàng)新。戴格爾教授在西圖集團任職35年，期間擔任該集團高級副總裁和首席技術(shù)官，曾擔任美國克萊姆森大學(xué)環(huán)境系統(tǒng)工程院教授、院長。戴格爾教授積極參與各項重大水務(wù)工程項目，發(fā)表論文100余篇，出版學(xué)術(shù)專著4本，并撰寫了多本技術(shù)手冊，為水行業(yè)領(lǐng)域?qū)嵺`做出了巨大貢獻。此外，戴格爾教授還為紐約、洛杉磯、舊金山、新加坡、香港、伊斯坦布爾、北京等國際都市提供了咨詢指導(dǎo)。曾榮獲“Kappe, Freese, and Feng”講座獎，“Harrison Prescott Eddy”獎?wù)?span lang="EN-US">,“Morgan”獎以及“Gascoigne”獎等，并被授予美國土木工程師學(xué)會“杰出會員”，國際水協(xié)會“杰出會士”等榮譽稱號。

Glen T. Daigger, Ph.D., P.E., BCEE, NAE. He is currently Professor of Engineering Practice at the University of Michigan and President and Founder of One Water Solutions, LLC, a water engineering and innovation firm. He previously served as Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer for CH2M HILL where he was employed for 35 years, and as Professor and Chair of Environmental Systems Engineering at Clemson University. Actively engaged in the water profession through major projects, and as author or co-author of more than 100 technical papers, four books, and several technical manuals, he contributes to significantly advance practice within the water profession. He has advised many of the major cites of the world, including New York, Los Angles, San Francisco, Singapore, Hong Kong, Istanbul, and Beijing. The recipient of numerous awards, including the Kappe, Freese, and Feng lectures, and the Harrison Prescott Eddy, Morgan, and the Gascoigne Awards, he is a Distinguished Member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, a Distinguished Fellow of International Water Association (IWA), and a Fellow of the Water Environment Federation. A member of a number of professional societies, Dr. Daigger is former President of IWA and a member of the U.S. National Academy of Engineering.
